Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into ball.
Roll in more pecans and parsley.
Refrigerate overnight.
I get more compliments on this cheese ball than I can count.
