Chipmunk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. diced and peeled apples

Preparation

Mix egg and sugar.
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, lemon juice, raisins, chopped nuts and diced and peeled apples.
Stir all ingredients until mixed thoroughly.
Pour into 9-inch greased pie tin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
