Chicken And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. flavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place potatoes in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
    Combine spinach, sour cream, cheese and nutmeg.
    Spread mixture over potatoes.
    Dip chicken breasts in milk.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Coat with bread crumbs.
    Place on top of spinach mixture. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serves 4.
