Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 to 3 tsp. margarine
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
9-inch pie crust, baked
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except pie crust. Cook slowly until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
