Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
1/2 c. broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 c. nacho cheese tortilla chips
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine and heat soup with seasonings and broth, mixing well. Cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with chips, then layer of chicken, half of sauce and half of cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
