Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    6 medium onions
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 tsp. minute tapioca
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, chunked
    1 c. tomato juice or V-8
Preparation
    Mix tapioca with tomato sauce and juice.
    Put all ingredients into large casserole or Dutch oven.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Recipe can be doubled.
