Cornish Hen And Wild Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice
    1 medium onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 large apple, peeled and shredded
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    2 Cornish hens
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare rice as on directions of package.
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Combine rice, onion, apple and egg and other seasonings.
    Stuff the hens with rice and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
