Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    sugar
Preparation
    Beat margarine in a large bowl for 30 seconds.
    Add 1 1/4 cups sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs; beat well.
