Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, diced
    1 c carrots, diced
    3 c water
    1 lb velveeta
    1/3 c flour
    1/3 c green pepper, chopped
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 1/2 c cold milk
    1/3 c butter
Preparation
    Place bouillon cubes in water. Bring to a boil. add vegetables. Simmer for 12 minutes until tender. In another saucepan melt butter and
    blend in flour. Cook 1 min. Add milk and stir until thickens, approximately 10 min over low heat. Cut cheese into small chunks and melt in milk. Add vegetables and bouillon then simmer.
