Toasted Ravioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 ravioli at room temperature
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation

Dip ravioli in egg, then bread crumbs.
Deep fry in 1-inch of heated oil at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 1 minute.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
May serve with spaghetti sauce on side for dipping.
Makes 20 ravioli.
