Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 red Delicious apples
    2 yellow Delicious apples
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. reduced mayo
    1/3 c. unsalted cashews
Preparation
    Wash apples and core; chop into small pieces, leaving on the skins for color.
    Add lemon juice, celery, mayo and yogurt. Sprinkle on finely chopped cashews and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate before serving.
    Serves 6.
