Easy Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add all ingredients except flour. Mix flour in by hand.
    Place greased side up, in greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth.
    Refrigerate.
    Can be refrigerated 5 days. Shape into rolls 2 hours before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen medium rolls.
