Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. boiling water
    1 large orange jello
    1 3/4 c. cool whip
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut, optional
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save liquid.
    Add cold water to make 1 cup. Mix boiling water and jello well.
    Stir in measured liquid and chill approximately 1 1/4 hours.
    Stir in cool whip with wire whisk until smooth.
    Stir in oranges., pineapple, marshmallows, and coconut.
    Spoon into 6 cup mold.
    Chill 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
