White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. white chocolate
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool.
Cream sugar and margarine until fluffy.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine with chocolate mixture.
Add vanilla, buttermilk, flour and baking powder alternately to chocolate mixture.
Do not overbeat.
Beat egg whites and fold gently into batter.
Add pecans and coconut.
Pour into three greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
