No Guilt Chicken Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 medium onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 can 97% fat-free mushroom soup
1 container fat-free cream cheese
1/2 can nonfat milk
1 pkg. fettucini noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute first 4 ingredients in two tablespoons of diet margarine. While this is cooking, mix together the soup, milk and cream cheese.
Add to the meat mixture.
Heat through and serve over noodles.
