Pork Chops And Onion Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil.
    Pat rice in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Arrange drained pork chops on top of rice. Add water.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until water is absorbed by the rice (about 30 to 45 minutes).
