Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese
1 lb. beef
2 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cut cheese into twenty 1/2-inch cubes.
Shred remaining cheese; set aside.
Mix next 7 ingredients.
Shape each portion around cheese cube.
Brown in oil.
Add spaghetti sauce to pan.
Simmer 10 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Great in a crock-pot.
