Black Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans Black eye peas, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chipped
2/4 c. plain vinegar
2/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Bring vinegar, oil and sugar to a boil. Pour mixture over veggies. Stir cook and refrigerate.
