Pineapple Pie(Almost Sugarless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla pudding (no sugar)
    20 oz. can pineapple, crushed (canned in juice)
    8 oz. low-fat Cool Whip
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. shredded coconut (if desired)
    1/4 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
    large graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Put in crust. Refrigerate.
    May be frozen.
    Suggest cut into pieces before freezing.
