Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients

round steak
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 can mushrooms
1 envelope onion soup mix

Preparation

Cut steak in chunks and brown in shortening.
Put in baking dish; add juice from pan and water.
Add mushrooms and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
