Zucchini Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh, firm zucchini
    2 small onions
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery salt
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and cut in thin slices.
    Peel and cut onions in quarters, then slice very thin.
    Add zucchini and cover with 1-inch water; add salt.
    Let stand 2 hours; drain thoroughly.
