Cindy Reagon'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked squash
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 1/2 \"tubes\" crushed Ritz crackers
    6 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put squash in bowl and mash to a pulp.
    Add sugar, salt and pepper.
    Grease Dutch oven with butter. Alternate crackers, squash and cheese until half full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts.
