Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. American cheese, grated
1/4 c. slivered blanched almonds
3 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 can green beans, cooked
2 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt
1/4
cup margarine; stir in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring
constantly until thickened.
Add cheese; cook slowly until
melted.
Add
almonds.
Arrange
potatoes
in greased
2 1/2-quart casserole; cover with green beans.
Pour half the cheese sauce over green beans; add ham and remaining sauce.
Melt remaining
margarine;
mix
with
bread
crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake
for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 4 to 6.
