Chicken With White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 c. quartered mushrooms
    1 head garlic
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 c. shredded Gruyere cheese
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, skin on; salt and pepper.
    Broil the chicken in a shallow pan or rimmed baking sheet about 4 to 5 inches from the heat for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side or until well browned.
    Remove the chicken from the broiler and set aside.
