Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pork sausage, finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs
2 well-beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. snipped or dry parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. flour
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

In skillet, cook sausage and onions until the meat is well browned; drain.
Add sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Combine the cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic powder and pepper; stir into sauerkraut mixture.
Chill.
