Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon pudding and pie mix
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 egg yolks
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
9-inch pie shell
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine pie mix, 2/3 cup sugar and water in a saucepan.
Mix in egg yolks.
Add water.
Cook and stir to a full boil.
Cool 5 minutes.
Blend in butter and lemon juice.
Pour into cooled, baked pie shell.
