Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Velveeta cheese
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. half and half
    2 1/2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except potatoes, in blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Place potatoes in 12 x 15-inch casserole.
    Break up and smooth evenly.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
    Do not stir.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 16.
