Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed and drained
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 large egg
1 c. milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients with remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer.
