Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or crushed soda crackers
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon and combine with lemon juice, onion, horseradish and parsley.
    Mix well and chill.
    When chilled, shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts or cracker crumbs.
    Store in fridge until ready to use.
