Golden Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ham, cubed
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped (optional)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute until golden brown the ham, 1/2 stick margarine or butter and bell pepper.
    Boil until tender the potatoes, celery, carrots and onions.
    Mix and cook until thick the milk, 1 stick margarine or butter and flour.
    Mix Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese in sauce until melted.
