Greek Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fillo pastry leaves
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Feta cheese
8 eggs (4 whole, 4 yolks)
Preparation

Butter bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place first layer of fillo; baste with butter and repeat 3 more layers with basted butter between each one.
Mix all cheeses and the eggs.
Spread evenly over layers.
Cover cheese mixture with 5 layers of fillo, basting between each one.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let set for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
