Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (946 ml) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up in bowl
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    chopped green pepper (optional)
    pimento (optional)
    2 c. or more grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle cheese on top as you take out of oven.
