Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    small amount of oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt
    cheese, paprika or pimento (for garnish)
Preparation
    Fry celery and onion in oil.
    Add broccoli, broken and cooked until tender.
    Add rice, cheese, soup and salt to taste.
    Mix well and put in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes, until cheese is melted.
    Garnish and serve.
