Ingredients

4 lb. white potatoes
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Wash potatoes in cold water and peel.
Dry potatoes and shred thinly.
Mix all ingredients with shredded potatoes.
Make into patties and brown in hot oil until crisp on both sides.
