Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 large potatoes, pared, cooked and sliced
1/2 c. chopped green onions and tops
kielbasa or knockwurst
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Cut various fruits into bite sized pieces and place in orange juice or mixture of fruit juices to chill.
Add bananas just before serving.
Can add nuts or coconut.
