Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs and breasts
    1 (18 oz.) jar of apricot preserves
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large casserole dish, arrange chicken and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and turn chicken over.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
