Caramel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecan halves
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Brown butter in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add corn syrup, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, salt and pecans.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
