Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared uncooked pie crust
    6 to 8 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste
Preparation
    Place crust in pie pan; set aside.
    Place apples, sugar and margarine in skillet.
    Heat until margarine melts, stirring to coat apples.
    Sprinkle on spice and stir.
    Dump in crust; cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes, or until top is golden and apples are bubbly.
