Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. molasses (light Orleans)
1 1/4 c. rich milk
Preparation
-
Stir pumpkin and sugar together and heat until hot. Add the milk and molasses heated, then combine the balance of the ingredients. Pour into an unbaked crust. Preheat oven and bake at 425\u00b0 for twenty minutes, then reset the temperature and bake twenty minutes longer at 325\u00b0.
