Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. Crisco
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar plus enough water to make 1 c.
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix egg, vinegar and water to make 1 cup of liquid.
    Mix this well with first mixture.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
