Ham-Agetti Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. cooked han, cut into cubes or strips
    1 large (1 lb. 14 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, microwave (covered) bacon on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove approximately 1/2 the fat.
    Add ham, tomatoes, spaghetti, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Stir well.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High for 18 to 20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
    Stir after 8 minutes and once more before cooking is finished.
    Finally sprinkle with shredded cheese and microwave on High, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
    Great for leftover Christmas or Easter ham!
