Meat And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. shredded hash browns
    8 oz. grated Swiss or Cheddar
    3/4 c. diced ham, sausage or chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and oil in 9-inch pie plate.
    Press into pie crust shape.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes until crust begins to brown.
    Remove from oven.
    Layer on cheese, meat and onion; set aside.
    Combine milk, eggs and seasoning in bowl, beat until blended.
    Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients.
    Return to oven; bake for 30 minutes or until light brown.
    Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
