German Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup canned milk
    1 cup sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut and nuts. Stir by hand until thick enough to spread.
