Marinated Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked lean beef, cut in strips
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. crumbled oregano
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put the meat strips on a rimmed platter and cover with sliced onions.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, oregano, mustard, and salt.
Pour over the meat, cover and chill for at least 3 hours to mingle flavors.
Makes 6 servings.
