Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. onion juice
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar, onion juice, mustard and salt in container of electric blender; blend well.
    Slowly add oil, continuing to blend; blend until thick.
    Add poppy seed; blend 2 minutes.
    Chill.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Serve over fresh fruit.
    Yields 3 1/2 cups.
