Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk white chicken or 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cut into chunks
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (any variety)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
    2 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts (dairy case)
Preparation
    Mix chicken, vegetables, soup and cheese.
    Place bottom crust into pie plate according to instructions.
    Place chicken mixture on top of crust.
    Cover with second crust.
    Press crust edges together and trim excess.
    Place several slits in top crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until crust is brown.
