One Step Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
3/4 c. yellow corn meal
2 to 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Cook ground beef, onions and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cut into squares.
Makes 8 servings.
