Robert'S Stir-Fry Conglomeration - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean dead pig, cut in thin strips
1 lb. lean dead cow, cut in thin strips
2 boneless chicken boobs
carrots (I don't use carrots very often)
celery
cauliflower
broccoli
onions
green peppers
frozen green peas or pea pods
bean sprouts
mushrooms
shrimp
baby corn
Accent or m.s.g. on vegies
Preparation

I cook the pork, then beef and chicken.
I remove the meat from wok and wipe it out, then start cooking the rest in about the order they are in.
Serve over rice, pancit canton noodles or bean threads.
