Mom'S Applesauce Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Shortening of choice
    1 c. Sugar
    1 c. Mom's Homemade Apple Sauce. (See Section B for recipe - Soups, Sauces & Salad or store bought)
    2 c. flour
    2 Eggs, unbeaten
    1/4 tsp. Cloves
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 c. Raisins
Preparation
    Cream Shortening, Sugar and Eggs together in a bowl.
    Add 1 c. Applesauce.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add to mix stirring until batter is smooth.
    Add Raisins to taste (make it as lumpy as you like).
    Bake in cup cake tins at 375 degrees for about 20 mins. Yield:
