Crab Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed, remove crusts
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/3 c. half and half
    1 lb. crab meat or cleaned, cooked shrimp
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
    6 artichokes, quartered
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise and half and half until smooth and add cubed bread.
    Fold next 7 ingredients into this mixture.
    Pour into a slightly greased, shallow two-quart casserole.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Combine soft bread crumbs and oleo.
    Stir and sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake one hour at 325\u00b0 or until bubbly. Yields 8 servings.
